By browsing or purchasing from Dermatique you agree to these terms. Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, copy its content, or misuse any account. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate, but errors can happen — if we find one after you order, we'll contact you before proceeding. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email once it's accepted, and reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in rare cases such as stock or pricing issues.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery and card. Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider; Dermatique never stores your full card details.

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Skincare results vary from person to person, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Always patch test and read the label; if you have a specific skin condition, consult a professional.

To the extent permitted by law, Dermatique is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
